i went to the gym 2dae

its was lyk woahhh

the ppl dere rite
all biceps as huge as my neck lol
all hardcore fitness ppl

im juz going dere to workout
i dont wanna get too fat ya
train for 2.4 oso
yupp so while waiting for the treadmill to empty
cuz alot ppl ma
i went to do some resistance training
which means weights and stuff la
nt easy man i tell u
woo now my arms kinda sore
den i ran for 15mins on the treadmill
11km for hr LOL
i dunno whether its very fast or nt la
but i relii felt the workout lol

going to gym iz much better
den juz working out in the neighbourhood
dats it man
im going every sundayyy
