hi guys im back
haha can say i quite tired now
I MEAN RIGHT NOW
cuz after training den
i feel that i have to pour some stuff out
so

OKAY FINE
tryin to entertain myself here
i did intervals on monday
intervals is
quite an intensive aerobic exercise la
to be exact
its like you have to run 400m in 90s
den have a 2min break
den do again rinse and repeat
we did like....10 repetitions
IT WAS A KILLER I TELL YOU
i was wheezing so hard..
i felt like dying there and then
but all in all i feel quite good after that
cuz i know that at least i done something about
my poor fitness level
it might not be much but at least there's something
den today had training
did a little small sided games
im seriously still feelin the effects of the intervals
den didnt turn out my best
was quite disappointed with myself
cuz i got quite a few chances to cross the ball
but i chose to beat the defender and got owned
ya so kinda
down now i suppose
and im not in the 20 man squad thats
supposed to face MJC on thursday
im kinda disappointed in that sense
but inside i still feel great
cuz i worked out HARD this week
lets hope i dont eat too much
during cny HAHAHA
if not really my fitness CMI
so i gotta put myself on a leash


quite disappointed also
its like..go back MJC with the soccer team
den not even in reserves
just go there...
feels quite weird
its like ppl will know you're not good enough thats why
you're not playing
maybe its just me..
i think im too concerned on how ppl look at me
not concerned
more like obsessed..
well..i better change for the better i hope
and prove that i can take up the challenge
of playing for tpjc
